Compa Terms of Service

Welcome to Compa ("we", "us"), a fitness friendship and connection app. By creating an account or using Compa, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use Compa

You must be at least 18 years old to use Compa. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information about yourself and keep your profile honest.

3. How you agree to behave

Compa is for meeting real people to train and connect with. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse anyone.
• Post nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that is hateful, violent, or illegal.
• Impersonate others or create fake or misleading profiles.
• Spam, scam, solicit, or advertise to other users.
• Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or that show other people without their consent.
• Use Compa if you are under 18, or contact anyone you know to be under 18.
• Scrape, hack, or interfere with the app or other users' accounts.

4. Content and moderation

You own the photos and text you add to your profile and messages. By posting them, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content within Compa so the app can work.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report content or users, and block anyone, directly in the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms — typically within 24 hours of a report.

5. Blocking, reporting, and your safety

You can block any user to stop them seeing your profile or messaging you, and you can report anyone to our moderation team. Reports are confidential. Always meet new people in public places and use your own judgment — Compa does not conduct background checks on users.

6. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Menu → Delete my account, which permanently removes your profile, connections, and messages. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. The app is provided "as is"

Compa is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee you'll make connections, that other users are who they claim to be, or that the service will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compa and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
